Many of our referrals are received from lawyers who do not or choose not to handle personal injury or contingent fee cases. We also receive referrals from other personal injury law firms that do not have the time, expertise or capital resources to properly pursue particular cases. Other cases are referred for trial after all attempts to resolve the case have failed.
The EISENBERG LAW FIRM can help you generate a source of income with no overhead. We routinely pay referral fees to other lawyers in accordance with the Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of California. Please note that these Rules prohibit the payment of referral fees to non-lawyers.
